About Me

Hi...

My name is Anna and I'm passionate about guiding people towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their journey. Since 2019, I've had the privilege of working as a counsellor, initially at Sandhurst Counselling Service and later establishing my private practice. Alongside, I've also contributed as a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS in Surrey Heath, taking a proactive approach to mental and overall health.

My journey as an integrative counsellor allows me to assist people in exploring their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, both past and present. I firmly believe that each of us holds the key to understanding ourselves best, and through heightened self-awareness, we can navigate life's challenges and forge a path towards change.

As a counsellor, my goal is to create a secure environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, equip you with tools to navigate and comprehend your mental well-being, and offer attentive, non-judgmental listening without assigning blame.

Rooted in compassion and empathy, my approach focuses on creating a safe space for exploration, reflection, and growth. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I offer counselling to adults aged 18 and above through face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for all those I work with.

If you would like to have a chat to find out more about what I offer, how I work and how we could work together please feel free to contact me:
